i am going to replace the fuel pump on my 94 this weekend also.

buy a new strainer. it'* cheap like less than 10$ if i am correct.
a brand new pump was 200$ Canadian.
it came with gaskets, strainer, and bottom holder rest for the pump.

you might need new gaskets also.

i will be using a 3 tone floor jack, but i am going to jack from my towing pulley thing(rear)
i also have rhino ramps, but i do not think they will be usefull. For the same price
as a good pair of ramps, you can get yourself a floor jack.

good luck.

Well I did it with a lot of help from a friend it took all day in the hot sun. Got a new one for $201 tax included with screen. Must have wiggled a rusty brake line because it now leaks in a rust corner near rear passanger tire . I will have to replace the whole rear brake line tomorrow. lol Stll cheaper than having it done in a shop.

Glad you got it fixed OK!

As far as the rear brake line goes, it is probably best you did knock it loose now and are replacing it. That would have gone on you soon anyway.
