Default Fuel filter coupler? How'* it come off?

OK, I shot PB Blaster all over the front threads on my fuel filter, which I plan to change next weekend. My question is, how does the coupler looking thingie at the read of the filter come loose?r

I see what looks like two plastic prongs sticking out, and I'm making a guess that those are depressed and the line pops off?

Thanks in advance.

Push in on the white plastic, the black plastic stays with the plastic line. I think it'* 13 and 15mm to unscrew the other end of the filter.
