Sounds like Bill'* suggestion of road course testing should shake out belts etc being broken.
Make sure you don't have directional tread tires (like me) set up in the wrong rotation (not like me). Warning.....road course balancing is normally very expensive, and hard to find. Not many shops will have this capability. The equipment costs a small fortune.

Last year I had a hole in my harmonic balancer that caused the front of the car to vibrate at a certian rpm.
Might want to check that out.
