Don't have one, YET. Our database is always being updated. Huh Dan!?

I could give you a quick run down if you'd like. Long run down would be me going out and doing pics for ya.

It'* no biggy. I'm gonna see how it runs with what I've done so far and save cleaning the throttle body for another day when I have nothing better to do. It looks like it won't be too hard, but the one torx bit I need to remove the MAF and TPS is ofcourse one that I LOST while changing the TPS a while back.

Well I got it put back together and it fired up MUCH better than it has been. We drove it about an hour and shut it down. When we came back out to leave, probably 30-40 minutes later, it started up and started misfiring and had NO POWER. After driving around the parking lot for a little bit it stopped and the power came back and it drove normal. After this we went to eat, stopped again, came back out 45 minutes later and it was doing it'* hard starting crap again, but it wasn't misfiring. We drove it a few minutes and then parked it, shut it off, and turned it right back on and it came on fine. It only seems to act up when it'* been warmed up, then let cool for a little bit.

It does idle much better and doesn't surge like it did before ONCE it'* been started so cleaning the EGR and IAC did help, but just didn't cure the big problem.

Have you checked the bottom of your coils for corrosion and how well they seat? Inspect and apply dielectric grease to the metal tabs on the ICM.

Also, check your ground bus connectors. Me smelling something here.

I sprayed carb cleaner around the EGR while the car was running to see if it would surge, but I never could get it to happen. Does that work on this car? It worked on my silverado around the intake one time showing I had a cracked intake gasket.

If you are still getting the P1406, then the EGR Pintle is still complaining. If that'* still is present, the it'* time to swap the EGR. Holler if you need one cheap.

I'll go with Bill here, swap out the EGR, it'* easy and cheap. If your still having problems then you may need to remove the EGR tube from the valve to the LIM. They can crack and spraying them don't always find the leak.
