Flushing the Transmission!
I was told you could unhook the tranny line from the radiator, start the car, and let it run..catch the old tranny fluid, while pouring in the new..and let it run till it runs clean!
Anyone know which line it is on my 94 se?
And has anyone ever done it?

I did it by taking off the line couple of months ago. Because you likely can't add as quickly as it comes out, I would add, start the car, let it run and then shut off before it goes dry and top off again. Worked without a problem, but I went through about 15-16 liters.
I'd recommend this over only a pan drop and filter change as it gets rid of all the dirty oil (and not just about 30%). I think it was the upper transmission line that goes into the rad (I didn't disconnect it there, but underneath the engine near the front of the car).

I'm no expert, so dont take my advise to heart, but heres what I do to determine whether or not I am willing to pay for a flush. Look at the fluid, If its really dirty and or kinda burnt looking,or just has a look to it that you know every little bit of that stuff needs our of there, I would get it flushed. If Its just kinda old looking, lost some color, that sort of thing then a change will do the trick. I recoment Valvoline MaxLife fluid, its well worth the money.Mine shifts like a dream with MaxLife. As for getting a flush done, if you must I would take it to a shop to have it done, less chance of any transmission damage from doing anything wrong that way.

well with a flush, you dont change the so called "filter". if you look at our filter, its nothing more than a nylon screen. when it stops crap and you shut off your car, it falls to the bottom of the pan. everyone i have ever changed, the screen was clean and the crap was laying on the bottom of the pan. a flush will change 99% of the fluid that is in the tran, including the converter.
i stongly recommend taking it to a shop and have the machine hooked up to it to have it done
