This morning it took a good 20 mins. to stop. After it stops, it doesn't do it again (during starting or just driving.)

If yours is only on start up it might be just gummed up sticky lifters. Tyr some Marvel Mystery Oil or 1 qt. of trans fluid in the next oil change. That may free up a sticky lifter.
