Question First post...What tranny will fit in a 95 ssei besides...

the one in it, that i let run low on fluid and ruined? I am looking for a used trans, will only a same model SSEI transmission fit? Is there a place to find a used one, should I try ebay?

ANY help would be awesome, thanks guys...

Call a local junk yard that has a computerized parts interchange system in place and ask them to look it up for you. You'll probably want to stop in the yard though for the info so they can print it out for you as some of the listings are pretty long. Not all yards will offer such information to you as a free service. Alternatively, you could go to some place on the web such as car-part.com and do a nation-wide used part search for your trans and see what the resulting information is. They use the Hollander system so you'll probably get back pretty much all possible interchangeable parts for something as popular as an SSEI, as a selection of used parts that are available.

I like to use car-part.com they have the interchange built in and any JY'* that list on this service can be viewed.
