Default few questions

1, what the hell was GM thinking when they placed the vents? they basicly blast the steering wheel

2, my CC seems to make a noise like there is a cicada in there, its not realted to the a/c compressor cuz it does it without the a/c on, and it doesnt do it during left turns

3, is there any way to make the doors more airtight? i notice the occasional draft of cold air coming in from the door frame

You think the Bonnie is bad. In 97 pickups GM put the cup holder right in front of the vent. This way in the summer your slurpee stayed cold and in the winter your hot chocolate could stay warm. Or maybe it was just another engineering screw up like the bonnies.

Best I could suggest is check your modules and air box to ensure the programmer is closing all the way.
