i just replaced them tonight becuase one was cut though it sounds like its running better but the cat is still geting hot could it be the maf sensor? im trying to go over everything thats the cheapest frist dont have to much money

How hot is hot? The cat will get hot, that'* just how it works. But if it'* glowing that'* to hot. If this is still the original cat, it may need to be replaced.

X2...A CAT that is glowing is the sign of a fire yet to happen. If you encounter this, DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR until you can get the CAT replaced. Otherwise you'll be replacing the whole car with a different one!

its glow and ya im not driving it ive all ready lost one car so ya but i was look on zzp and they have some good cheap stuff ill be getting a cat from there but i was hoping it was something simple but i guess not

that cat from there will set off the engine light unless you tune the pcm

The good thing is changing a cat is a easy job and the cost isn't to bad. Unless you have it welded in, then the cost goes up a bit.

He has a 93, that wont set a code. That would be the 2000+

lol its cool and ya its weilded in but i hope thats the only thing i have to do motor wise for a while now i need to looke at the suspension

well i fixed the cat problem who ever changed the spark plug wires before me mixed 2 up so they werent fireing at the right time and then dumping gas in to the cat so thats fixed now i need to look at the suspension ill do that either tonight or tommorow
