Exclamation feel shakey

i have a 93 se 273,000 miles and i wonted to kno if anyone can help me find out y my car feel shakey when stopin hard and i hear a loud click sound when i hit hard bumps....and one more thing when im turning the steering wheel the rmp hand moveds

Jack up the front end and check for play on your front wheels. Check for any slop, side to side, top bottom, and rotating.

ok so we determined that you can handle jacking up your car than.
once you do that take hold of your front tire and see if the wheel has play by shaking it back and forth and from side to side.
So does your steering wheel shake from side to side when you hit the brakes?
Since you know how to replace a tie rod than you would probably be able to replace a ball joint. If thats what you find to be the shake in your wheel.

hold would i determin which one and i think my car is missing parts theres like a little pool the sit right beside the axle with like a balljoint tip to hold the lower control arm down i think

Sounds like one of your sway bar 'end links' is broken off. Its a common problem. But can be fixed inexpensively
