I think that may be possible... Not 100% on it... But on my 91 and 95 bonneville I saw the same struts listed for both cars.... But I think there were some suspension changes to the front of the H bodies for 1990, I know the front suspension on my 91 is about the same as the 95, and use the same front struts..

The front struts on the 88 has a connection for the Tir rod end on the strut its self... Where as my 91 and the 95 Bonneville have the connection on the Knuckle as opposed to the strut its self...

You may be able to use the rear struts from the Buick, but not the front struts...
