Default exhaust system cost?

I was wondering if anyone knows the average cost of replacing the whole exhaust system including installation would cost? 1993 SE, if you could break down the cost to each peice would be nice, but not necessary :P

TIA!

Oh yeah, with stock style components, nothing fancy.

We need to know more. Is this a performance upgrade, or replacing damaged components?

Replacing broken exhaust, stock or close to stock parts, not looking for any gains.

If you go to a wrecker, your best (safest) bet is a 92 or a 93 SE. 94/95 MIGHT be compatible, but they have a factory resonator, where the 92/93 don't. Do you have rotten pipes? Bad Cat? Muffler? The whole thing bad?

If it'* just the components, you'll find it cheaper to install a performance cat and muffler.

Should be nothing wrong with a pipe from a wrecker... the exhaust on a bonneville will hold up for more then the life of the car. Grab one and have someone mount it with new cat and muffler if needed.

I haven't redone my 97 yet....
But I had the 91 redone from the manifold back....
highflow cat.... f body mangaflow exhaust & chrome tips...

Installed, after taxes..... I believe was less then $700 (that figure seems to stick in my head).

How much did the high flow cat cost you Merlin? As you know I have a pretty free flowing exhaust right now and I am feeling a little guilty not to mention the noise. I am going to price out the exhaust from the CAT (included) back. It sounds pretty throaty but I don't think it is appreciated in my neighbourhood!

Not sure what exactly I have for a CAT....
If you liked the sound, we can put the 91 up sometime and take a look under it.

At tech-day on Sunday for WCBF, my exhaust guy wanted to replace my high-flow cat with a combination unit. Performance cat and resonator in one piece. Sadly, he'd sold it 2 days before and was out of stock. You may want to consider something like this.

We installed a Magnaflow resonator in mine on Sunday. Much improved.

All albums can be seen here, with most of the muffler/exhaust stuff at the end of WCBF2 and all of WCBF3:
