Everything is working good except the 1-2 or possible 2-3?

Everything is working good except the 1-2 or possible 2-3?
WOT, 30 - 50 mph range shift, Rev limiter kicks in, let off gas tranny then shifts????
3/4 WOT, 30-50 mph range shift, Tranny shifts very softly, but yet it shifts ok...
Had tranny rebuilt and engine rebuilt, car has plenty of power, CAI, Pulley, High flow cat Removed vacuum hose from tranny regulator, Shifting seems exactly the same as before, no noticeable change, Replaced hose, no vacuum leaks detected. Rear Tranny mount is also broke, all other mounts seem ok.
Ideas?
