Sure have.It'* caused by something binding in the steering/suspension such as tie rod ends,ball joints or struts.My 98 Regal had it last year somewhere around 40,000 miles.It was eliminated by lubing the tie rod ends(outer) with a grease needle through the sealed boots.Later did them again along with the ball joints and it made a nice improvement in steering.Your mileage may vary if you ever have this problem and try this but it worked for me.

My 91 Lumina had a pretty severe problem with memory steering. The website I remember referencing referred to a strut bearing getting sticky....but I can't find that link anymore (I got rid of that car over a year ago, and I stopped caring about it two years ago, so that link is probably long gone)... Just my $0.02.

Yes, my car has it (kind of) you have to take a corner going quite fast while giving it gas and it will pull a little that way, to fix this you can quickly jerk the wheel back and forth a little, if theres no oncoming traffic

It is a good chance that the strut bearings grease is dry and dirt has built up in them.

Pour alot of gear oil on strut upper mount area - this was recommended by another member in a different thread on the website. This is quick and dirty way of maybe solving this problem.
You might also want to flush the top of struts first with a blast of water from a garden hose and then blow dry with compressed air before trying to pour gear oil -this is to wash away any dirt first.
If you are not sure what the bearing looks like you might be able to identify it from the tire wheel well area. The original equipment strut bearing on my car had a plastic yellow dust shield which is where you need to get oil to. The bearing is very thin 1/4" thick sitting on top of spring seat.

Need to get the oil under the dust shield so you have either poor alot on top of bearing plate or if you have a needle syringe try you may be able to get a more directed area directly under plastic dust shield.

I just did my front struts (233k miles on CCR struts) my strut bearings had very little grease left in them. Unfortunately they are not serviceable unless you disassemable the strut assembly. If you do decide to replace them recommend going with the original equipment ones. I put new Monroe Reflex struts with new mounts(strut bearing comes with mount) and the original are beefier and have a large dust shield.
