Default Emergency Brake light on all the time

Does anybody knoe why the Emergency Brake light would stay on when the emergency brake isn't even being used. Theres also a beeping noise, when its on.

wiggly the peddle a little back and forth., mine did it too, that fixed it..

The same light was for both the E-brake & fluid level in 89. I just didn't know if 93'* were the same. Check the brake fluid level!

Half meaning low and under the "full" line? If so that can be the problem. Just dont over fill the res.
