Electronic Heater Control

I have a 92' and would like to replace the Heater Control Unit to an electric modle. I wanted to know if this is possible. Do I have to change the computer and instrument cluster. Just asking for some advice...

Probably too hard. Need an HVAC programmer, a new control head, modified wiring, blower control module, exterior and interior temperature sensors, and a solar sensor.

Not really (i.e. not realistically)

You'd have to install a completely different wiring harness, different controllers and servos for the ducts, additional hardware like the solar intensity sensor in the top center of the dash... you'd go insane.

You'd probably spend less money and time by just getting another '92 that'* already equipped with it, and still have money and time left over to fix and recharge its R-12 A/C system...
