TR6 is too cold, even if you had a 2.2" pulley like mine, especially in the winter. Buy TR55'*.

The EGR is still suspect, and may still be causing your miss. There'* also a slight possiblility that you have a problem with your crank sensor or wiring.

Took my EGR back to advance. Went through 4 new ones on the shelf to find one good assembly (every one failed the 9v test except the last). They are calling GP Sorenson on Monday to find out what'* up. Runs much much better now except the "miss" is still there. After scratching my head like mad, I borrowed the Advance Auto Manager'* (personal) scantool. Had it hooked up while making a few passes. What I felt was definately a miss turned out to be a lean condition. Remembered reading a thread about taping a fuel pressure gauge to the windshield. Did that and made some more passes, pressure was about 40+ and would slowly drop to as low as 15 during a hard acceleration. Never had a fuel pump die like this. What a brainteaser. Leaving for the week so she goes to my mechanic to have a new fuel pump installed while I am away (no time, and I don;t reilsh fighting the tank). Looking forward to getting this fixed and my MSD iginition back on (I took your advice and bought a set of TR55'*). It'* really starting to hurt having my pulley and chip sitting on the table and not under the hood.

Could slowly dropping pressure like that be a leaky fuel pressure regulator? Much cheaper and easier to repair than a pump.

FPR is new and I checked for leaks at the vaccuum port .... no leaks. It makes a lot of sense, only failing when hot, hard cranking to start at times. I'll know for sure when I pick it up on Friday. I hate to pay to have it done, but no time and I like dropping tanks about as much as removing road tar from paint.

Fuel pump is on! Fixed her right up. Put the MSD coils and wires back on with a set of TR55'* (thanks Bill). Put on the 2.2 pulley, gatorback belt, and larger idler (now that is boost). Stuck in the JET Stage 2 chip. The combo EGR issue and fuel pump was driving me crazy. Thanks for all the help! BTW the Accel #30 injectors are still in. Having another small issue, but time for another post.
