Default ECC problem? 94 SSEi

I'm having problems with my ECC. It was working fine before I hooked up a new cd player and now it has a blank screen with three dashes. The factory radio was already out so that couldn't of caused anything. I'm also having problems with the blower motor not working but the ECC worked before just not the blower fan. I've checked all the fuses including the HVAC programmer and none were blown. The only fuse I found blown was the Radio fush 10A. I noticed when I replaced that fuse my cd player will have an error and cut out when the car is started. When I take the fuse out the cd player works fine. I thought maybe I touched a wire on the chassis by mistake and blew a fuse. I plan on replacing the blower motor but I got to get the ECC working again to even get that to work. I need to figure this out soon because it'* cold and I need my heat and defrost. Any info would be appeciated.

Wow! I can't believe no reply'*. I did some searching on my own and found out some more info but still haven't solved my problem. I did all I can about do, I checked all the fuses including the HVAC programmer fuse and none were blown. I even took the glove department out and checked the acuator but it seems to be fine. I got hot air coming out my defrost vents and that'* it, and that'* when the car is been running for a long time. I read that you can unplug the HVAC programmer and see if it will reset but I can't seem to find the right plug to disconnect. I don't want to unplug something wrong. That'* about my last option to see if this thing works. It'* like 20 outside and I can't even go anywhere because I have no defrost and I got ice inside the car. I don't get it really, it was working fine then boom a blank screen. If I have to take it to a shop I will but I don't really want to. I know it will cost alot for something probally simple that I can do if I knew what to look for.

Where is the HVAC programmer at? or where is the plug you can disconnect to reset it?

Well I had some luck and finally fixed my problem. Today I decided to unhook my cd player just to see what would happen. Sure enough once I unhooked it the ECC display came back. I then re-tested all the wires with a light tester and re-wired everything. I must of had some wrong positives hooked up because it was causing a blank screen. With someone cutting the clip off I had to look up the wire diagram for my car and go from there. This way it'* alot harder to find out which wires are which. Now I finally got my defrost back and a functional climate display. Thanks anyways.
