This Is Great Stuff. I Got Time Next Week. I Dont Know Exactly When Until I Get My Schedule. And OH YEAH I have been looking for a reason to buy those wratcheting wrenches  thanks very much. Kris... Gotta Go To Work...
I'll tell you though, Kris. I spent some time last night looking at the E-brake pedal situation on my car, after I posted the above. It is really REALLY tight under there with the lower hush panel still on. You can still reach up in there and feel around for things, but you better have a good idea where and what you are looking for, because visibility is...well, limited to say the least.
I think that if I ever have to do that, I personally would consider removing the hush panel just for better access and less cursing and foaming at the mouth.

They will probably be 13mm. Look at it this way..the wrench set will include 10mm 13mm and 15mm. You are covered with those three. I'd be surprised if it were anything else.
Overall with those three sizes you can disassemble ~90% of your car.

What A Bear! 4 1/2 Hrs Of Bleeding And Fanagling Upside Down On My Head. The Wingnut Mentioned Above Is The Lower Stud Of The E Brake Itself. After The Hush Panel Is Off (it Hangs There By Fuse Panel Wires And STAYS in the way). Then There Are 3 13 mm nuts that are only removed with PIVOT head ratchet Wrenches 1 Click At A Time. Then There'* The Cable Itself Which Prolly Calls For A Special Tool. Try A Strong Pair Of Needle Nose Pliers. The Original Problem Looked To Be Rust. So, Grease The New Assy.
Glad to hear you got it done. Another possibility may have been offset wrenches.
The fuseblock can be removed from the hush panel with a clip or two being pryed slightly.
Did you get any pictures?

I'd Suggest Popping The Fuse Panel Out. And Maybe Disconnecting The Battery. Also A Big Pillow To Rest Your Head On And To Take The Strain Off Your Back. Id Still Want The Pivot Head ratchet Wrenches. I Was Matter Of Fact About The One Click At A Time And The Offset Was Different For Each Nut. Ill Post A Pic Or 2 Of The Old Pedal As Soon As I Can. The Inside Is Very Dark. I Did Think Of Pics It Just Wouldnt Have Worked As It Was Dark And There Is A Large Cable In The Way. My Thanks You Guys. Kris
