Wish I could pop a scan tool on there... Sounds like the TPS or IAC could be part of the problem..

What do you mean, it doesn't have this problem when you plug it in overnight?

When I use the engine block heater it seems to start up right away and stay running. It hasn't been as bad the last few days since it'* been at least 45*F overnight.
