Default dry fuel system during resto..

This has been nagging me.. Complete tear down resto on a 93 bonny, entire fuel system is bone dry. I mean not a drop anywear. It'* sealed up, so there is no chance of anything getting into it like bugs, dirt, moisture.. But, I'm wondering if things like the fuel pump, etc, are going to dry up and quit working? What'* the alternative? Mike

The pump is dry before you buy and install them. I don't see this as an issue.
