Default drivers side power lock

it will lock with the remote and with the switch on the inside..but it won't unlock with either..I have to unlock it manually...all the others work fine!

Bad solenoid, if no method will get it to unlock at all. I _think_ it'* a two-wire connection that reverses polarity to reverse its direction, so if one direction will work, the other direction should also, since it'* using the same wires.

In other words, if at least one direction works, I don't think it'* a wiring problem there.

If you don't feel like taking the door apart to check the lock-motor just yet... then
you might also want to to a cursory check on the door-lock relay. It is under the rug, just inside the left rail of the drivers seat, and near the very front of it. Press down on the rug with your finger and activate the remote lock/unlock and the switch lock/unlock... You should feel a ping in your finger for each of those.

If any one function does not give you a ping, that would be a clue..

The relay is supposedly attached to the sheet metal, so it there is some rust in there it could be losing its ground....

I changed all my door actulators on my car. The actulator is the small gear box inside the door panels that pop the doors open and close. I had a similar problem with one door, I replaced it and it works fine. The gears inside the actulator are made from plastic and after a while they crack and will not spin in to the next gear ratio. Last summer A replaced the driver side....An actulator runs for about $40.00 bucks at the dealer. :? I hope this has helped
