1998 SSEi: Part number 10456215 from gmpartsdirect.com came up. Correct to say same part for both sensors?
Also, if anyone has pics of the locations of the 2 sensors on a S2 that would be very helpful...thanks.

One should be in the pipe between the engine and firewall heading out of the back manifold into the exhaust pipe. The other will be underneath the car right after the catalyitc converter.
Yes, same sensors, however I hear that the rear O2 is only to confirm the cat is working correctly. So I guess if you want to cheap out you could just buy one.. but if you have the $$, buy both I guess.

FYI, Kyle and I spoke on the phone about his constant KR problem that doesn't make sense. The possibilities that remain are one of the sensors, or his exhaust in some manner. He'* looking into better hangers for the exhaust, but for the price of a KR sensor, possibly causing false knock, it'* worth trying. I looked up the part numbers, he'* looking for confirmation and location, as I only have one sensor on my car, as compared to two on his.
Be warned, put goop on the threads when installing. Even a slightly loose thread-rattle in a knock sensor can cause the same problem. Think of these as tiny microphones.

I'll have to get under the car and verify these locations, or at least the heat shields.
And the fact that the coolent must be drained pisses me off...more money for this damn problem.
