Default Door Panel...

I'm not too sure how my lower door panel (outside) goes on, it was loose at the bottom before, and looked like it was going to fall off. It looks like it was glued on before (I got the car used). I'm not sure if I'm missing any clips or parts that hold it on, or parts that are broke/cracked. Can anyone tell me how this clips on from the pics below? Thank you for your help!!

looks like you need to line it up, pull it up onto the bottom clips, then snap it towards the car to get it on the top clips.

Looks like Damen has it figured out for you, also a little silicone along the top inside edge wouldnt hurt and help to keep water leaves etc out?
