Default Door

How do you pop out that huge black thing in between the door and the car? I need to look at the wires because something is getting pinched, causing my driver door speakers to stop functioning.

You have to pull the interior door panel, and release it from that end and behind the kick panel next to the E-brake.

Instructions for door panel removal are in Techinfo if you need it.

i tried the whole door panel removal thing, but i get stuck because i can't get the cap over the door handle off where my mirror joystick is. i find out what is wrong though after popping the black thing out manually with a screwdriver; my speaker wire is split in half. ha ha.
