I used to run a mold machine for a rubber roller resurfacing company. We used to resurface all types of rollers.

The type and the use of the roller would depend on what Type and durometer (strenght) rubber to use.

Maybe if you find such a company, then can replace the dog bone rubber with a harder durometer rubber to limit flex.

I dont know if by limiting "Natural" flex would cause any harm, but it might be helpful to try and limit the amount of flex your dealing with.

Personally I would use Energy Suspension urathane control arm inserts, turned down of course, to replace the rubber in the stock mount. I theorize that the looseness in the dogbone is causing the tears in my front tranny mount.

I disagree. I have perhaps the hardest-launching Series 1 here, and have no issues with new OEM mounts whatsoever.
