I am trying to dissable the auto locking of the door locks but my car didn't come with the key fobs for the keyless entry. I tried the instructions for cars without keyless entry but it either doesn't work or I am doing something wrong. Is it possible to dissable the auto locks without the fobs on a car with keyless entry?

you have to have the FOB....

but when you get one....realze that not responding is sometimes is a response...if that makes sense

When using the FOB to change the settings for your locking preferences, as you run through the options you will probably think that one press of the FOB does not seem to go through. As there is no response from the car..... the lack of response is actually one of the settings and it'* response is no response. Therefore I sat with another member for about 5 minutes cycling and trying the settings to realize..no response is one of the settings that is specifically programmed not to respond....
