Stupid brake Master cylinder.... mkake my Brake light come on and DING!!! fluid was low..
I new it was weaping but now its starting to get worse...

Its leaking right around where it meets up with the booster...

So how hard is it to replace?
Is there any Gasket?
Does anyhing brake or like to brake when you take them off? (besides the brake lines)

they are really easy to replace, heck i did mine in a parking lot......

there is no gasket.....go to napa or the like and get a reman MC....you dont need the res for it you can reuse the old one

its very improtant that you measure the sizew of the MC before you go and buy one...you should either have the 6" or the 8"

Yep...easy ..

TFC and I did his w/o any previous experience. As mentioned..measure from the booster to the end of the MC to get the length...

be sure to bench bleed it as best you can before you put it on, the procedure should be outlined in the instructions that come with it.

I bench bled mine as best I could without having an actual vise or anything, and I still have a little bit of air in my lines...*note to self*...need to get brakes power bled.

When you get new part, pick up the Mity-Vac kit, bench bleed the master cylinder. Your gonna have to power bleed all the brakes cause your gonna get air in your lines. Might as well, cause ya know, new MC, might as well flush the whole system and get new fluid in.
