Default Dead Battery?

ok here it goes, this problem is not consistant but VERY agravating.... at least a few times a month my battery will be drained in the morning and i cant start it if i jump it, it will run and start fine for a couple more weeks, yes i did get a check done from the local car garage the altinator is good i put a beand new batt in. Still does it. any ideas???

Did you clean the terminals on the battery clables before you installed the new battery? Do you have a system in your car? Does the car sit for a day or two (without being ran) and then it won't strat?

Do you have a power antenna? those can cause problems with battery draining as well.

yes i have Twilight Sentinal, i did clean the terminals for the battery, i do have a system in my car just a CD Reciever. the car never sits i drive it every day, and yes it does have a power entenna.

A few overlooked things to, well, look at:

Glovebox light...if it is stuck at the on position, you will never know it
Trunk light, hood light...same as above..for the trunk light...pop open your passthrough door in the backseat and have a look. Hood you will have to crawl under the car at night to see it.
Stuck brake light switch.
Stuck power lock somewhere.

AHHH MAYBE Stuck power lock somewhere. all four lock but when i hit the button 3 unlock i have to mannually unlock the fourth (passenger rear)???

ahh one step ahaid of yeah checked thr trunk light it goes off the hood light does not work?? bad bulb im guessing didnt work when i bought the car.

anymore sugestions. is the intena suppose to go down ALL the way to the body or does it stay up about 5 inches??

Supposed to go down far enough so it is equal with the little rubber piece that sticks up about a inch. Do you hear the motor in the trunk running after you car is off trying to pull the antenna down further? That will kill the battery.
