Default Cupholder questions and answers:

I have a 2nd design cupholder for my 93 SSEi, and recently bought a used cupholder from Billboost for the 95 (it was missing when purchased).

Noticed some differences:

Size: 36.9 KB
Note the difference in width of the tabs. 2nd Gen 93 on the left, the one from billboost on the right. This will not fit into the holes in the bezel on either the 93 or 95 without modification

2nd Gen top, unknown bottom

2nd Gen right, unkown left

Is this unkown cupholder from a 96-99?

Interesting it came out of a bonne. Not sure what year though. Looks like the one I have in my 97 and had in the 95.

Your 95 should be the same as mine. The smaller tabs (2nd Gen shown) fit both my 93 and 95. The one you sent won't fit either (yet).

I'll be looking tonight for sure. Probably take a pic w/measuring tape to see the actual sizes.

Hmmm....not sure I'm going to be able to make this work. That broken tab on the new one is in the wrong spot. Both tabs are too wide towards the inside edges if you know what I mean. I need to trim those inside edges, but one of the outside tabs is missing.

In your last pic, the one on the left is identical to the one in my 99. The one in my 99 is original, so I don't know if that classifies as Gen 2, though..
