Default Cruise Control doesn't work

Please help me diagnose the CC problem. It'* with the 95 SSEi, and it'* not showing and Cruise Control codes. This is what i have done so far:

Check fuses-----------------done and ok
Check Vaccum lines--------all replaced
Check linkages--------------not stuck
Check codes re CC.--------no Cruise Control codes showing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I would imagine you're talking about checking for power? I'll have to find out where the wiring is accesable first...Thanks.
