Default Cruise control does not work at all (1994)

Got my son a 1994 Bonneville. Noticed the cruise does not work at all.Friend has a 1995 car with bad engine. He said cruise worked before it died. What are all the pieces I should grab from this car to change things to correct problem? I assume the servo unit with the vacuum bellows that connects to the throttle? What else? Is there a electrical module for the system under the dash?

There'* the switch on the stalk, the brake switch, and the servo unit on top of the tranny. Any of the three could be bad.

Check your fuses first. There is a fuse box under the passenger side dash that is for the cruise control. This is best before you go throwing time and money away on parts that may not be needed.

Good luck,
