A couple years ago I killed one of fogs in a huge pothole. Cracked the lens, shattered the bulb. Since then I researched my options and found that getting Blazertech replacements (I think they're $30) would probably be cheapest.

But I never use my fogs anyway so I haven't made it a top priority to get it replaced.

Where would I find some Blazertechs? Would a place like Napa have them?

I would go post over at ClubGP, as they usually have either group purchases running (to get them cheaper) or someone might be selling a used set.
