PO507 Idle control system RPM higher than expected

sounds like a dirty IAC to me. (Idle air control)

So that's what you needed the code for CC. Yea, check what he has suggested. I'm sure someone can come up with a procedure to help you out.

I could have given him that too...FSM is right here.

check the connects to the PCM, and IAC.

If those look good, clean/replace it.

what if that dont help what sould i do

I'd do it first, and worry about 'what if' later.

The best suggestion at this point is to get a new TB gasket, and actually remove it from the car for a good cleaning. Remove the MAF sensor before cleaning. Pay close attention to the IAC passage and IAC itself.

If that doesn't work, we'll discuss it at that time.

I'm glad it worked.

The next thing we'd have told you to do was go after a vacuum leak, but it didn't come to that.

Glad you got it on the first try. ;)

Now that your issue is fixed...maybe I can go a little off topic! ;)

Robert...nice color on that Bonnie! ;) It's not a common color, I'm sure as you know...
