I called Pontiac and gave them the campaign number (and a recall ID from a website) and according to her nothing came up.

What are my options now?

Its not too hard to replace the lines if you have some tools and a set of ramps or Jack stands..

Each line should run about $10, and most likely you should be able to get them through Rock Auto... That where I get all of my Trans lines anymore
and remember the bc discount code stickied in general for rock auto

I think the better option here may be for us to suggest some tools for you. We can definately determine what size wrenches are needed. Overall this is a very easy fix.

Could anyone help me more on the recall?

I called both the local Pontiac dealership and Pontiac. They have no info on the recall on "A car of that age."
