Default code 341!!!

Ok this code is driving me nuts. I keep getting a trouble code of 341 everytime I drive my car for more than 10 min. If i shut off the ignition then the code goes away but will come back shortly afterwards. The code will come on sooner if i really punch the gas and the car will simultaneously surge violently. It seems to be misfiring. The code is a code 341 and I did do an alldata lookup on it. It is a cam/crank error and will set when the ratio of fuel control pulses to cam pulses does not equal 6:1. Does anyone have any input on the situation. My suspects are either the ICM or the PCM. Thanks for your help.

Ps. I have replaced the crankshaft position sensor in an attempt to fix the problem. I also tried new coils and that did not work. Thanks again

Otherwise I can consult my service manuals this weekend and get some diagnostic information out of them for you.
