Didn't have to be a satelite radio.
Back in the olden days of cellular technology, people had "bricks" installed in their vehicles, with the antenna leading to the rear windshield. What you discovered may be the remnants of that install.

You can probably drop the panel under the dash on the glove box side and find its origin there. The main antenna coax has a male to female junction there that can be unplugged. There is a good chance this is just your FM antenna coax. If you are in a metro area, you can pick up FM signals on nothing more than a stub of wire. Or, maybe you will find TWO coax feeds up there and know that you can do away with it.
Well It'* Deffinately NOT My FM antenna thats the first thing i checked when i found it but thats all in tact.
PROBLEM SOVED
It Was that little cell phone box thingy he was talking about
i traced it to my back window and pulled it out

No Still Not Turning Over.
I'm at a loss for what is causing this
could a non-functioning fuel
pump cause this ?
or i'm thinking the crank sensor ?
but i'm not getting anymore codes.
only the 58 it seems as if it was reset
somehow

You can see if the pump is at least working at the fuel rail schrader valve. After attempting to start it, there should still be pressure there and release a small squirt of gas if you push the valve.
If you have that, see if you have spark at one of your plugs.
