Exclamation clicking sound
since the tune up theres a clicking sound coming from a part that sit to the left of the air filter and it sounds like that where its cumin from i have a 93 se 3800

i think the sound is coming from the left of the air filter theres a tank with to lines going to it and like a valve or something on top of tank
