Default cheap socket

im having problem whit both my sockets for my daylights .so after looking at the problem i see that the socket come off so i go to my GM dealer to find out that small cheap sockets is 56$ each .did anyone have to change these or can i replace them whit something else

Look over the bulb socket closely, then head to Autozone and see if they have something that matches up. They have various styles that may work for the bulb that you have.
