What do I need to do to get it apart? I sprayed it with WD-40 and I thought it was turning but it was the whole thing(both sides) were turning.
I don't want to brake the line but if I do how do I get it to work again?

I tried to loosen the fuel filter AGAIN today and still no luck.
I sprayed it with penatrating oil and thought it came loose but all I did was get the line nut loose from the line. So now the filter spins freely but the two nuts are still stuck together.
What can I do? Is the line broke now? How much is it for a new line that runs from the engine to the filter?

I got a wire brush and brushed the rust off and put a bit of penatrating oil on the threads and put it back together.

Nope the line was fine. It was just the nut/bolt that was rusted together enough to be a pain in the rear.
I did find out that the line nut is supposed to turn though. I though I broke a weld on it or something, but once it came apart I saw that it was supposed to be that way.

I don't have the patients for that. My line in front of the filter is really rusty.
I am taking mine in. I can't be stuck without a vehicle.
I guess that'* why God gave some guys the ability, and some none..
