Changed LIM gaskets now it won't start
Well the upper manifold ruptured so I replaced the lower gaskets, the upper manifold, the water pump, serpentine belt, thermostat, hoses, and spark plug wires. Thought I was good to go, but it just sputters like the timing is wrong and won't start. Checked all my electrical connectors and my spark plug wire several times. Where do I start? I did briefly crank it over without the spark plugs installed to clear any coolant out of the cylinders. Did I damage something? Also coolant poured out and down the front of the motor when I removed the water pump. Would that damage the crankshaft sensor? Can somebody steer me in the right direction.

Most likely your plugs are wet and each time you dry them the cylinders rewet them. I used a smallish tube on a shop vac/vacuum/compressor air hose to blow out the cylidners in one case before being able to get it to start.
It'* pretty common when the cylinders are soaked like yours appear to be.

Thanks, I'll try pulling them tonight and start there. I know at least 2 cylinders were full of coolant. I didn't want to crank it over too long without the plugs installed, for fear of damage to the ignition module.

Update: Pulled the plugs they look fine. Blew them off, still no start.
Question, how much fuel should come out of the fuel rail when you depress the test valve.
I get about a teaspoon. Doesn't seem like a lot. With the key on I can relieve the pressure to nothing.
Fuel pump fuse is good and the relay appears to be working. It sounds like the pump is priming when the key is turned on.
I don't get it.

What year is the car? Do you have a VATs on the car? If the VATs is preventing it from starting it will prime the fuel rail when you turn the key, then shut down the pump so no start. Do you have a second key to try?

I assume I have a VATS on it. It has the keys with the resistor in it. I have tried another key with no luck. I have never had any trouble with fuel pressure or VATS issues since I've owned it. 8 Years
I'll try the fuel filter change tonight, it'* original.

OK, I give up!! I guess I'll get it towed to the dealer. I don't know what else to try.
Changed the fuel filter, didn't help.
Bought a puel pressure gauge, 45lbs pressure.
Pulled the plugs to check for spark, plugs sparking, wet with gas.
Checked ther injectors anyway with a 194 bulb, injectors firing.
Battery is run down from trying to start it, will recharge it.
even checked the CPS with an oscilloscope, good square wave on both terminals.
At my wits end. Hate to admit defeat, but don't know what else to do.

Update,
As a last ditch effort, before taking it to the dealer,I bought a cheap set of plugs, even though I verified that every plug was firing.
Guess what? She fired right up!!
