Is it stalling or completely shutting off?

do you mean stalls and re-starts or everything goes dead?

You're going to have to express your problems a bit more clearly.

Your MOTOR is stalling, but the car is NOT turning off?

Yes, you're defiently going to have to express your problems a lot clearer. Use more than one sentence to describe them. It sounds like when you come to a stop, then step on the gas, you have some severe hesitation where the RPM will come down real low, and then suddenly jump back up. Am I correct?
