Default car is hard to start when car is cold

every time my 95 bonneville sits overnight its hard to start the next morning, it wont fire right up and when it does, its seems to be running really rough and i have to keep my foot on the gas to keep the car alive, but when the car warms up it seems fine so what can be causing this hard to start condition when my car sits overnight? any ideas? or suggestions?

To start this one. If you keep it together you won't have half the people watching one, and half watching another. Its better for both of us.

Fuel pressure regulator. Mine did the same thing when I got it. New FPR and she fires right up (except, of course, when it get'* down close to 0* F)

when its really cold it takes alot out of the battery and the fluids dont flow as freely. My car starts up the second i hit the ign. i has been cold here and it takes a little while (1-2 seconds) fo my car to start now.

When my initial FPR was bad, it was allowing the pressure to drop so that the car would be hard to start after sitting for a while. Sounds a lot like your situation. It takes a few cranks for the pressure to build up enough for the car to start. Then a bit longer until she'* gonna run 100%.

Either your fpr is clogged.....not allowing enuff fuel at startup///or its leaking...allowing too much fuel at startup....take your pick.....you need a fpr.
