Default Car dings 4 times when turning

Hey everybody! Has anyone heard of this one? Everytime we make a turn with our 96 Bonnie SE 3.8L V6 there is a "ding" that goes off four times. Tried a Google search and a search here for "four dings" and cant come up with anything. Thanks for any help!!!

Is this coming out of the speakers? Sounds like the notification my car gives me when there is a message in the driver information center.

Sounds like a possible grounding problem. You will want to check yoru ground buss locations under both front doors. They get corroded and cause all kinds of weird problems.

Pre 2000 there was a seperate chime module that didn't chime through the speakers.

Does anything light up on the dash when this happens? The chines are usually a warning, like low oil level, low oil pressure etc etc.

when u turn the wheel ur rpm drops therefore your oil pressure drops and its probably hitting the red mark giving you a chime. Does this happen when your engine is cold as well?
