I haven't had any trouble with the best Everstart that wal mart sells...
The Battery EverStart is made by Johnson Controls...
What other batteries do they make?
And L27, that battery is taking a puke... Get the largest battery you can... I have a 950 in my 91...
My 95 has an 800 something or other... I have a 78S I think... For some reason the batteries here have a south designation and supposedly the amperage ratings changed with that... Not 100% on that... But it starts the car better then my 970 amp everstart ever did...( that battery gave me 4 years and lived through 3 junk alternators )

ok i guess my flowmaster is gonna have to be put off now cuz i dont need the muffler but im gonna need a battery. im beganing to think my flowmaster will never be installed.

We make 90% of all the batteries on the market. You name the name plate and it'* most likely ours. AC Delco, DieHard, Everstart, Motorcraft, Optima, ProStart, Duralast, Autocraft. The list goes on and on.L27....your battery is probably getting close to the end of its life. Pick up a replacement and you'll be good to go. I had to replace mine this past winter for behaviors very similar to yours. I still keep the old one around though as a spare for the garden tractor! LOL.
Mine was a little cheaper, though...one of those fringe benefits from JCI.

In any event, I agree that L27'* battery is calling on the battery ghost...
And L27, don't worry bud I still have my Cat converter and muffler sitting right here... Funds are a wee bit tight at the moment..

yeah im gonna get a new battery from walmart this weeking it should last that long. hopefully cuz after work today it was really low and after school tonight it was fine. ill get the biggest they offer and i plan on getting a dual post also. thats for the help guys.

Try to get the everstart yellow ( Maxx I think it is ) between 900 and 1000 amps... In the past I have seen them as high as 970...
The one in my 91 is a 950...
