Default A/C makes wierd noise?

I dont eve nuse my a/c unless i need to get some where with people and dont want the windows open. last night i heard like a ringing or metalic rattle, thats at idle in park but when id trun the a/c on it would stop making nosie and the compresser would turn on. but today i didnt notice the noise.... is that something i should worry about or not?

It would be wise to have it checked out.

Sounds iike either the air gap or a clutch going bad on the compressor.

Yes, sounds like the symptom of too much air gap on that a/c clutch.
