I have to remove my 1997 Bonn sse A/C evaporator , My question is do you have to remove the dash or can it be removed from the fire wall engine side ....I see conflicting stories about this subject on the forum ...thanks

I completely tore apart a 1992 SSEI and I remember having the dash out then taking the 10mm bolts out in order to access that whole unit.FUN!!! The only thing I got from engine side was blower motor,resistor and heater/ac lines. I'am going to have to say dash in this case.

We just went threw one of these a few weeks back. I'll see if I can find it and post a link tonight when I get home.
