Default Broken Bolt AHHH!

Ok, I havent been on here with any probs for a while. This last week my Bonneville started leaking coolant terribly, Enough to where it was draining the resevoir and alot of the radiator on my 25 min drive home. After alot of looking It turned out to be the water pump. I picked up a reman. through my work and went to put it on yesterday and had nothing but problems. My biggest problem is that a broke a bolt. I broke the lower rear corner bolt on the water pump itself. I spent about 3 hours trying to get it out, Used alot of PB Blaster, tried vise grips, a mini pipe wrench, and a right angle drill trying to snag it and spin it out. I know its aluminum so I dont know what to do, Any suggestions?

Broken bolts can be a real pita, as you're discovering. Sounds as if your only real option is to drill into it far enough to get an ez-out into it. Lots of patience and PB Blaster will likely be needed.
