Don't go too hot on the fogs if you have factory foglights. Plastic lenses will melt if your wattage is too high.
Go with Cyber-white Navigators from Walmart for a good aftermarket replacement with glass lenses. You can use 55W H3'* that come with them, or use 100W aftermarket replacements.
These lights allow more airflow to the lower part of the radiator, as they're slightly smaller in diameter.
I'd replace the housings rather than upgrade the bulbs in stock lamp assemblies.

Xeons are just as bright IMO, The wattage is the same (55w) between all of them, I know my lights reflect good during the rain. Far as the fogs go, Navi'* are a cheaper alternative; If U hardly use them I'd simply not bother changing the foglights.
