Measure yours. You'll be asked when you ask for one. Yes, the length of the body measured along the piston housing, not including the flange. Just the long round part with the fittings in it, excluding the thickness of the mounting flange that bolts to the booster.
Again, see my general chat topic. It'* clearly explained.

OK! Time to replace it!
Almost got in a accident just a few minutes ago. A lady pulled out in front of me when I was doing 50mph on 50mph 5 lane US Route 6. I slammed on the brakes and guess what? Barely any brakes!!!! Sunk RIGHT to the floor!! I panicked and started pressing on the emergency brake and swerved to get out of her way. I was SO close to hitting her it was unbelieveable, I was literally 5 feet away from slamming her stupid *** in her ugly *** Focus. SO, now the Bonne is parked 'till I get the master cylinder installed. I am SO paranoid right now, that I am still shaking. :(
A note to everyone - REPLACE your master cylinder if you are experiencing the same problem, or it could cost you your car, or worse, your life.
EDIT - I did get her license plate number, and plan to call the police, I also have a witness, my friend was driving her GA behind me and saw it all. Should I?

The Rings in the master are done and you are not building any brake line pressure to acuate the brakes...
Let us know when you get it fixed

Let'* get back to the mechanicals and lay the morals to rest. This is a mechanical section of the Forum.
A rebuilt MC should be in the 40 dollar range. I'm very happy with mine (from NAPA).

I'm assuming the MC was 8" on yours? Enjoy the balmy weather. I have two heaters running in my garage trying to keep it at an even 65. Do you have a vice for the bench bleeding?
